YOGA

The Yoga I study, practice and share is Hatha Yoga from the Satyananda Tradition, also called Bihar School of Yoga. The physical part of the practice in this tradition is slow, and the range of practices explore sensations in the physical body and also the more subtle sensations internally and energetically in and out the body. I find in Yoga a sense of expansion of the body and mind, of peace, and complete presence to what is and what isn't.
